Jane McCoggins, Senior VP Accreditation & Operations, has over 25 years experience in association and non-profit organization management and holds a degree in business management and marketing from Baylor University. She also serves as Executive Director of the Certification Institute. Jane managed the start-up and operations of a Small Business Incubator for the Southeastern Technology Center in Augusta, Georgia and also worked for 10 years with the non-profit American Association of Petroleum Geologists in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jay Morgan, General Counsel & VP Compliance & Regulatory Services, provides ESAC with the benefit of over 25 years of legal and regulatory experience. Before joining ESAC, Jay served for 10 years as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel for the Arkansas Insurance Department. Prior to that, he served as general counsel, vice president, and secretary to the board of directors of a regional bank holding company based in central Arkansas. Jay holds an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations.
Elisabet Bell, Compliance Manager, brings over 15 years administrative experience to ESAC, including two years as an employment and social security law case manager. She earned a BA in Biology from Hendrix College and holds a license in cytogenetics. Lis provides support to ESAC and its accredited PEOs, oversees the completion of required PEO reporting, administers the PEO client assurance program and assists with the services performed by the Certification Institute. Jonathon Lindsey, Financial Analyst, has 4 years experience in accounting and stop-loss reporting for a third party administrator and managing general underwriter. He holds a business degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Arkansas, and is currently completing course work at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to earn a second degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration. Jonathon assists in the completion of required PEO reporting and focuses on monitoring financial compliance.
Kaay Burris, Profiles Program Director, has over 30 years’ experience in market research, organizational development through personality assessment and team building, business and property management, and educational/training program development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology (University of Arkansas at Little Rock) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Xavier University, Cincinnati). She was a founding faculty member of the Information Technology Minor at UALR, former certified Dale Carnegie instructor, and owner of Access Speakers Bureau, Inc., in Little Rock. Katy Remington, Profiles Service Coordinator, has five years of experience in successfully coordinating various programs and initiatives for non-profit organizations and volunteer programs. Katy provides ESAC accredited PEOs with support and coordination of sales tools provided through ESAC's strategic partnership with Profiles International. She holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Ouachita Baptist University and is a graduate of the MPA program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
